BY BROADLY DEFINING THE ARTS, THE COUNCIL'S GOAL IS TO CULTIVATE CREATIVE EXPLORATION AND AWARENESS THROUGH A VARIETY OF EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES THAT ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION, APPRECIATION AND ARTISTIC VISION.
