THE HOSPICE FOUNDATION PROMOTES THE VALUES OF HOSPICE CARE. IT IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING SUPPORT SOLELY FOR THE PROGRAMS AND OPERATIONS OF THE CARING COALITION OF CENTRAL NEW YORK D/B/A HOSPICE OF CENTRAL NEW YORK AND HOSPICE OF THE FINGER LAKES. THE HOSPICE FOUNDATION WORKS TO ENHANCE HOSPICE PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES.
