TO ACQUIRE OR DEVELOP PROJECTS THAT WOULD SERVE FAMILIES AT OR BELOW 80 PERCENT OF THE AREA'S MEDIAN INCOME. THESE SITES WOULD BE IN THE FORM OF INDIVIDUAL HOMES AND/OR INDIVIDUAL APARTMENT UNITS THAT WOULD ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO AID IN RELIEVING THE POOR AND DISTRESSED FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY.
