THE HUBBARD LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION WILL WORK WITH THE RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITY, BUSINESSES AND OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO REVITALIZE AND IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE HUBBARD LAKE AREA. IN ADDTION, THE HUBBARD LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION WILL FULLY SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE HUBBARD LAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN ITS EFFORTS TO PROTECT THE RESIDENTS' LIVES AND PROPERTY IN HUBBARD LAKE. THE HUBBARD LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION WILL MAINTAIN THE COMMUNITY HALL ON HUBBARD LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION PROPERTY AND JOINTLY WITH THE HUBBARD LAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT, WHOSE FIRE HALL IS SITUATED ON THE HUBBARD LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION PROPERTY, WILL MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY'S WELL, SEPTIC SYSTEM, PARKING LOT AND GROUNDS IN AN APPROVED MANNER.
