THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY, PRIMARY MEDICAL, SPECIALTY MEDICAL, REHABILITATION, DENTAL AND ANCILLARY HEALTH SERVICES TO PATIENTS, TO INCLUDE THOSE WHO ARE UNDERSERVED WITH A SPECIAL FOCUS ON THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND CHRONIC ILLNESS.
