THE MISSION IS TO DEVELOP HOPE CENTERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING "AT RISK" PERSONS/STUDENTS OF ALL AGES, IN THE LOCAL AND GLOBAL COMMUNITY, WITH CHRISTIAN EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR LIFE. RESOURCES SHALL BE USED FOR EDUCATIONAL AS WELL AS PHYSICAL NEEDS.
