HAVE PROVIDED GRANTS AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN EVERY COUNTY AND REGION OF IDAHO. AWARDED MORE THAN 66% OF GRANTS TO COMMUNITIES OF 5,000 OR LESS POPULATION.
