The object of the association shall be to unite the property owners and residents of Idle Hour, Oakdale, Long Island for the betterment of the community and through united efforts to foster, encourage and adopt such means, as may be necessary for the community and to inaugurate and further any understanding and projects that may be for the general welfare of this community and the residents thereof.
