THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES - TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRIVATE CAPITAL IMPACT INVESTING INDUSTRY, TO EDUCATE IMPACT INVESTORS, TO DEVELOP AND SHARE DATA, BEST PRACTICES, POLICIES, AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR IMPACT INVESTORS, TO PROMOTE DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION IN IMPACT INVESTING, AND ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE THE COMMON BUSINESS INTEREST OF IMPACT INVESTORS AND THE IMPACT INVESTING COMMUNITY.
