THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE LOW-COST CLEAN HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND UNDER REGULATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. TWENTY SEVEN RENTAL UNITS ARE OPERATED WITH A CONTINUALLY CHANGING NUMBER OF TENANTS.
