TO PROMOTE THE PROFESSION OF NURSING, ADVANCE THE PRACTICE OF NURSING AND ADVOCATE FOR NURSES. THE MISSION IS ACHIEVED THROUGH THE ACTIVITIES OF ITS MEMBERS IN EDUCATION, POLICY DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP, PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION, AND WORKPLACE ADVOCACY.
