(THE ORGANIZATION) IS A NEW YORK NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES, EXPANSION OF KNOWLEDGE, AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH CONFERENCES, PUBLICATIONS, AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION IS SUPPORTED THROUGH FOUNDATION GRANTS, SPONSORSHIP INCOME, AND DONATIONS.
