THE INSULATORS LOCAL UNION 89 EDUCATION FUND PROVIDES EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR PARTICIPANTS. THIS EDUCATION AND TRAINING ENABLES EACH PARTICIPANT TO LEARN THE SKILLS REQUIRED IN THE INDUSTRY.
