I/T HELPS ITS PARTICIPANTS MEET CERTAIN CRITICAL BASIC NEEDS, SUCH AS EMPLOYMENT. THE PROGRAM GREATLY REDUCES THE RISK THAT PARTICIPANTS WILL RESUME CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, INCREASES SAFETY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, AND ADVANCES SUCCESSFUL REINTEGRATION WITH FELLOW COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
