THE MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE INDEPENDENCE, DIGNITY AND WELLNESS OF HOMEBOUND ELDERLY AND DISABLED ADULTS BY MATCHING THEM WITH VOLUNTEERS WHO ASSIST WITH THE TASKS OF EVERYDAY LIFE AND TO PROVIDE AN EXERCISE & EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR OSTEOPOROSIS PREVENTION.
