To organize workers, settle all disputes between employers and employees by arbitration (if possible), assist each other in sickness or distress, promote reasonable methods of work, secure employment, secure adequate pay, seek higher standards of living and seek security for our members. Use legal and proper means to elevate the moral, intellectual and social conditions of our members' families and dependents in the interest of a higher standard of citizenship.
