THE INTERNATIONAL LONGSHORE AND WAREHOUSE UNION LOCAL 75 IS A UNION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO REPRESENT THE WATCHMEN EMPLOYEES OF THE PACIFIC MARITIME ASSOCIATION. THE UNION REPRESENTS ITS MEMBERS IN ANY WORK DISPUTE, PAYROLL, OR POTENTIAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION. IT MEETS PERIODICALLY WITH THE EMPLOYEES TO IRON OUT ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE. IT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NEGOTIATING WORK CONTRACTS WITH THE EMPLOYER.
