Iowa Catholic Radio Foundation (the "Foundation") is a charitable foundation and nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Iowa. It has been established to raise funds and utilize those funds to support Iowa Catholic Radio and other Catholic media outlets as they fulfill religious and/or charitable purposes as set forth in 26 U.S.C. § 501 (c)(3). All of the funds raised by the Foundation will be utilized solely for said religious and/or charitable purposes and for the general operations necessary to maintain the Foundation itself.
