TO PROMOTE, DIRECT, PROTECT AND REGULATE AMATEUR INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETIC RELATIONSHIPS FOR JUNIOR HIGH AND SECONDARY GIRLS BETWEEN MEMBER SCHOOLS AND TO STIMULATE FAIR PLAY, FRIENDLY RIVALRY AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AMONG CONTESTANTS, SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE STATE OF IOWA.
