THE ISTROUMA AREA COUNCIL OF BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA WAS FORMED UNDER A CHARTER FROM THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA. THE COUNCIL'S PURPOSE IS TO INITIATE AND CONDUCT SCOUTING PROGRAMS AND DIRECT FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS THAT PROMOTE SCOUTING.
