THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE JENNISON ASSOCIATES LLC RETIREE HEALTH BENEFITS TRUST IS TO FUND RETIREE BENEFITS THAT ARE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE JENNISON ASSOCIATES RETIREE WELFARE BENEFIT PLAN. TRUST ASSETS WILL BE USED TO PAY HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR RETIREES UNDER THE HEALTH POLICIES MAINTAINED BY THE JENNISON ASSOCIATES RETIREE WELFARE PLAN.
