THE TRUST WAS ESTABLISHED TO OPERATE TO BENEFIT OLYMPIC COLLEGE EXCLUSIVELY IN ITS TAX EXEMPT ACTIVITIES AND TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR USE BY THE OLYMPIC COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES CONSISTENT WITH THE RESTATEMENT OF THE TRUST.
