We own two real estate properties in the San Gabriel Valley with 11 units that we rent at 1 3 market rent rates to the blind or visually impaired who meet the Los Angeles County Welfare Income exemption limits. Other assistance someday may include partial rent payment for blind or visually impaired people who rent from another party.
