THE MISSION OF JOINT COUNCIL 10 IS TO ASSIST AND AID LOCAL UNIONS AFFILIATED WITH JOINT COUNCIL TO SECURE IMPROVED WAGES, HOURS, WORKING CONDITIONS AND OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES THROUGH ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR STANDING IN THE COMMUNITY AND IN THE LABOR MOVEMENT THROUGH LEGAL AND ECONOMIC MEANS, AND OTHER LAWFUL METHODS.
