To supervise and administer various benefit plans under the terms of the collective bargaining agreements and the related agreements and working rules. The Board also owns 100 percent of its subsidiaries, JIB Realty Corporation, JIB Services and JIB Catering Inc. JIB Realty owns and operates a shopping center facility in Queens, NY. JIB Catering was established to provide support for various approved events. JIB SERVICES HAS EFFECTUATED ITS CURRET TRANSITION FROM A PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER ORGANIZATION TO A MANAGEMENT SERVICES ORGANIZATION (MSO) AND PROVIDES ALL NON-CLINICAL ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR, AND ON BEHALF OF, JIB MEDICAL.
