The Board also owns 100 percent of its subsidiaries, JIB Realty Corporation, JIB Services and JIB Catering Inc. JIB Realty owns and operates a shopping center facility in Queens, NY. JIB Catering was established to provide support for various approved events. JIB SERVICES HAS EFFECTUATED ITS CURRET TRANSITION FROM A PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER ORGANIZATION TO A MANAGEMENT SERVICES ORGANIZATION (MSO) AND PROVIDES ALL NON-CLINICAL ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR, AND ON BEHALF OF, JIB MEDICAL.
