JSDD FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED AS A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION TO ASSURE THE PERMANENCY AND FINANCIAL HEALTH OF THE SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATION WITH WHICH IT IS ASSOCIATED JEWISH SERVICE FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED (JSDD) OF METROWEST, INC. THE FOUNDATION IS THE HOLDING CORPORATION FOR THE PRIMARY ADDRESS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE CHARITABLE FUNDS RAISED ARE USED FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY FACILITY AND SUPPORTS THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THROUGH THE FOUNDATION'S ENDOWMENT FUND.
