THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY TO BUILD AND ESTABLISH A FILM FESTIVAL AND COMPETITION TO ENCOURAGE ARTISTIC EXPRESSION AND TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ITS CITIZENS.
