THE PURPOSES SHALL ALSO INCLUDE ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE THE APPRECIATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE VISUAL ARTS, PROMOTE EXPRESSION OF CREATIVITY THROUGH THE CREATIVE ARTS, AND TO PROMOTE EDUCATION IN FINE ARTS.
