TO REVIVE, DEVELOP, PERPETUATE ADN PROMOTE HAWAIIAN TRADITIONS. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL, CULTURAL AND COMPETITIVE HAWAIIAN OUTRIGGER CANOEING PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
