TO REPRESENT SCHOOL TEACHER UNIONS IN TULARE AND KINGS COUNTY. TO DEVELOP AND SAFEGUARD A PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE THAT WILL ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS IN THE COMMUNITY BY ASSISTING IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, GRIEVANCE ISSUES AND CONTINUING EDUCATION.
