To hold title to and manage real and personal property for Kirkland Lodge, No. 150, F&AM of Washington. To provide, maintain and operate a building for the fraternal and social purposes of said Lodge. To distribute to said Lodge all net income in excess of cash reserves necessary to pay expenses.
