Klamath Land and Cattle Company is a duck club. We have entered into a wetlands preservation agreement with the federal government that requires us to maintain a wetlands pond for migrating birds. The federal government and state of California have purchased easement from the company. The proceeds from these transactions were placed in the hands of an investment advisor to provide funds that should help enable us to meet our obligations under the preservation agreement.
