KLTV OPERATES IN A COOPERATIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH COMCAST AND FUNDING JURISDICTIONS TO FACILITATE OPEN COMMUNICATION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND CITIZENS, RESIDENTS AND THEIR NEIGHBORS, AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
