LABYRINTH THEATER COMPANY, FOUNDED IN 1992 AS THE LATINO ACTORS BASE, WAS CREATED TO DELIBERATELY INTERRUPT THE RACIAL STATUS QUO BY GIVING VOICE TO ARTISTS OF COLOR AND REFLECTING A WORLD WHERE COLOR IS THE NORM AND NOT THE EXCEPTION.
