To provide, develop, administer and control an effective motorized and adequately manned security patrol for the safety, security and well-being of the residents and business persons in the community of Lake San Marcos, California. To promote and encourage interest and participation by all persons n security and crime prevention. To provide for a safe community by enhancing a collaborative effort between the community and local governmental agencies.
