TO PROVIDE A MUSEUM DEPICTING THE IMPORTANCE OF THE RAILROAD INDUSTRY TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE LAKES REGION OF NEW HAMPHIRE. THE MUSEUM WILL DISPLAY A MODEL RAILROAD AND ITS ROUTES WITHIN CAROLL COUNTY, NEW HAMPSHIRE.
