THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY SPONSORING AND PROMOTING THE GAME OF ICE HOCKEY AT BOTH A RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE LEVEL THROUGH EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PLAYERS, PARENTS, COACHES AND OFFICIALS.
