THE LIBRARY FOUNDATION OF HILLSBORO DEVELOPS, ADMINISTERS AND ALLOCATES PRIVATE FUNDS TO PROVIDE THE EXTRA MARGIN AND EXCELLENCE FOR THE CITY OF HILLSBORO'S LIBRARY SYSTEM. THE FOUNDATION PROMOTES SUPPORT FOR THE LIBRARY AND ITS PROGRAMS THROUGH ADVOCACY AND PUBLIC AWARENESS.
