THE ORGANIZATION IS A COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTIES FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF OTHER NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND IS DEDICATED TO REDUCING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT AND SERVING THE POOR, DISTRESSED AND UNDERPRIVILEGED POPULATIONS IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY.
