TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESTORING, MAINTAINING, AND PRESERVING THE HISTORICALLY AND ARCHITECTURALLY SIGNIFICANT BUILDINGS, THE CLUBHOUSE, AND THE SUPPORTING MARINE ELEMENTS, THAT ARE ALL PART OF WHAT IS TODAY THE IDA LEWIS YACHT CLUB.
