IT IS TO DEFRAY THE COSTS OF APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING PROGRAMS ESTABLISHED UNDER PROVISIONS OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS (IBEW) LOCAL NO. 265 AND THE NEBRASKA CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION (NECA).
