PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FACILITIES FOR ELDERLY PERSONS RESIDING IN NORTHERN SNOHOMISH COUNTY UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1959. RENTS ARE SUBSIDIZED THROUGH A HUD PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT.
