LITCHFIELD HEALTH AND WELLNESS RESOURCES, INC. (LHWR) IS COMMITTED TO THE RESIDENTS OF LITCHFIELD BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE THAT WILL PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. BY WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE TOWN OF LITCHFIELD, RESIDENTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO HEALTH AND WELLNESS RELATED INFORMATION, RESOURCES, AND EDUCATIONAL AND QUALITY OF LIFE OPPORTUNITIES.
