TO SPONSOR AND ENCOURAGE CULTURAL AND EDUCATION ACTIVITIES IN LIVINGSTON COUNTY; TO SPONSOR COOPERATIVE PLANNING, RESEARCH, FUNDRAISING AND PUBLIC EDUCATION TO BENEFIT THE ARTS WITHIN LIVINGSTON COUNTY; AND TO MAKE GRANTS OF FUNDS TO ARTISTICALLY TALENTED INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN ORDER TO ALLOW THEM TO PURSUE THEIR ARTISTIC ENDEAVORS.
