THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO HOLD TITLE TO THE PROPERTY THAT PROVIDES A PERMANENT HOME FOR THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION 282 TCHW AND TO OPERATE EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PROGRAMS TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE LOCAL'S MEMBERSHIP AND OF CAPABLE INDIVIDUALS SEEKING TO ENTER CONSTRUCTION AND RELATED INDUSTRIES.
