COVERED EMPLOYER'S GOAL IS TO CONSTITUTE A TRUST FUND TO PAY SOMEOR ALL OF THE BENEFITS UNDER THE PLAN THE BENEFITS ARE PAYMENT OF SPECIFIED MEDICAL PREMIUMS TOWARD INDIVIDUAL HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDTENT(S) WHO CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAN.
