WHILE THE MISSION AND PROGRAM OF THE FOUNDATION DID NOT CHANGE, THE FOUNDATION HAD A LEADERSHIP TRANSITION IN ITS BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND WITH ITS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. FIVE LONG TERM BOARD MEMBERS TERMED OUT IN JUNE AND NEW BOARD LEADERSHIP WAS ESTABLISHED. A MEMBER OF THE ADVISORY COUNCIL STEPPED IN AS THE INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. AN EXECUTIVE SEARCH WAS CONDUCTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. A NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BEGAN IN JUNE OF 2024. A NEW EMPLOYEE WAS HIRED IN OCTOBER OF 2023 AS THE DEVELOPMENT AND EVENTS ASSOCIATE TO SUPPORT SCHOOL SITE FUNDRAISING AND OTHER PROGRAMMING NEEDS.
