TO PROVIDE FACILITIES & EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR COUNTY RESIDENTS WHICH PERTAIN TO AGRICULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL SKILLS. ALSO, TO PROVIDE LIFE LONG LEARNING SKILLS. THIS COVERS ALL GROUPS OF AGES WHO LIVE IN RURAL OR URBAN AREAS OF LOUISA COUNTY, IOWA.
