TO PROVIDE TIMELY AND USEFUL INFORMATION TO THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSONS IN WAY OF BRAILLE, LARGE PRINT, AND CASSETTE. THIS INCLUDES PRODUCTION OF A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER, BALLET INFORMATION LESSONS, AND MANUELS.
