THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO LOUISIANA'S MUNICIPAL AND PARISH GOVERNMENTS IN APPLYING FOR FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDING THROUGH GRANTS, LOANS, AND OTHER AVAILABLE SOURCES.
